1. Current Status

Allocation.Space Ltd (FRN: 1053379) is an Appointed Representative of Vittoria & Partners LLP (FRN: 709710), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA").

Our Appointed Representative status has been recorded on the FCA Register since 30 March 2026. You can verify this at https://register.fca.org.uk.

Under section 39 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA"), Vittoria & Partners assumes full regulatory responsibility for the regulated activities conducted by Allocation.Space Ltd within the scope of their appointment.

2. Scope of Regulated Activities

Our Appointed Representative status covers the following regulated activities, conducted on a wholesale basis with professional clients and eligible counterparties only:

  • Arranging deals in investments

  • Making arrangements with a view to transactions in investments

  • Advising on investments

These activities relate to space derivatives and associated financial instruments.
